From Parque to Tapada: A strategic partnership with Parques de Sintra |
The project with Tapada Nacional de Mafra focused on modernising and professionalising the visitor experience of one of Portugal’s most important natural and cultural heritage sites. A cohesive brand and communications system was developed to enhance visibility, including branded merchandise, staff uniforms, physical and digital wayfinding maps.
Supporting these interventions, a new digital platform was delivered, including a redesigned website with online ticketing to streamline access and improve the end-to-end visitor journey.
The project was enabled through the strategic involvement of partner brands, whose investment supported the transformation and established a more organic, interactive model of engagement with the site.
