From Parque to Tapada: A strategic partnership with Parques de Sintra

The project with Tapada Nacional de Mafra focused on modernising and professionalising the visitor experience of one of Portugal’s most important natural and cultural heritage sites. A cohesive brand and communications system was developed to enhance visibility, including branded merchandise, staff uniforms, physical and digital wayfinding maps.
​Supporting these interventions, a new digital platform was delivered, including a redesigned website with online ticketing to streamline access and improve the end-to-end visitor journey. ​
​The project was enabled through the strategic involvement of partner brands, whose investment supported the transformation and established a more organic, interactive model of engagement with the site.
